Warranty & RMA
Ameta Computer buys its used products mainly from end-users, resellers, distributors or directly from the manufacturer.
All products sold by Ameta Computer are fully tested by our certified engineers before being safely packed and shipped to our customers.
The above process changes the description of the products from Used to Refurbished.
All refurbished products sold by Ameta Computer come with minimum 30 days full warranty and is guaranteed to be eligible to undergo a manufacturers maintenance contract.
If a product should fail within 30 days (or the extended warranty period) from receipt - and the failure is not due to mistreatment, then please contact your Ameta Computer sales contact. An RMA will be issued and Ameta Computer's logistics department will arrange pickup of the defective product and arrange a replacement or a full refund*.
* Full refund can only be issued, if Ameta Computer cannot replace the defective product within 7 working days from RMA notification.
IMPORTANT:
ANY LEGAL DISPUTES REFFERING PRODUCTS ORDERED OR BOUGHT BY AMETA ARE TO BE SETTELED & FINALIZED IN A DANISH COURT OF LAW.
